Donated by Gwen Whyte, who inherited them from her late aunt, who had been a neighbour of Lackie’s in Balmore Street, Dundee.

To Geordie Lackie at the “Queen’s”
Grand Picture Show in Belfield St
Where every scene upon the screen
Is just a perfect picture treat
Where evening “stars” are nightly seen
In such a great & grand array
That many who would take a turn
To hear, are turned away.
